Ordering & Lead Time
All of our products are made to order specifically to your requirements. This means it can take up to two weeks for your product to be hand-made and shipped to you.
We've worked really hard to offer a broad range of products, and this means the number of variations in size and materials makes it impractical to hold all items in stock for immediate delivery.
When you place an order we'll start work on it right away, and we'll be in touch shortly with an indication of when we expect to have it ready.
As soon as your products are ready we'll send you a shipping notification with tracking information for your delivery.
We offer free delivery on all products across mainland Europe. For shipping to the rest of the world please drop us a line and we'll be happy to produce a custom quote for delivery to your door.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If your product arrives damaged, or the quality does not meet your expectations, then simply contact us and we'll replace the item free of charge. We may ask you to send the faulty product to us (at our cost), or to provide additional information (such as photos of it) to help us understand the issue.
If you change your mind about an order before it is delivered then contact us as soon as possible and we can cancel the order before it ships, providing a full refund via your original payment method.
If you wish to return an unwanted product then contact us within 14 days to obtain a return reference number, and details of where to send the return. You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping to our UK returns address.
